1. Scope and Definitions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made to customers and all orders placed by customers on our online platform Selah.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and cover topics such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

2. Formation of Contract

By placing an order on the Selah website, you declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes. The contract becomes effective upon clicking the purchase button and receiving the order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders generated by automated programs or third-party services.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment

3.1 Prices: The prices stated at the time of ordering are final prices, inclusive of applicable VAT, and are subject to additional shipping costs.

3.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs including VAT are charged for each order. The shipping costs are determined based on the size of the order, including shipping, handling and other associated services.

3.3 Payment: We generally offer the following payment methods: Klarna and credit card. We reserve the right, for each order, to not offer certain payment methods and to refer to alternative options. Any transaction fees are to be borne by you.

4. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.

4.2 The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used when placing the order.

4.3 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the services/products. Unless expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you a license or any other rights to patents, trademarks, copyrights or any other intellectual property of Selah, Shopify or third parties, nor can such a grant be inferred from these provisions. Unauthorized use of the services may constitute a violation of federal and local intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Selah.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of Selah are trademarks of Selah or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of Selah.
