3. Hosting & Platform
Our website is operated through the e-commerce platform Shopify.
Provider: Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada
Shopify provides us with the technical infrastructure for our online store. In doing so, Shopify also processes personal data in Canada and the United States. For Canada, an adequacy decision by the European Commission is in place. For other third countries, protection is ensured through standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been put in place.
